Before you complete our application form you will have to make sure you qualify for a ‘helping hand’ from The Wilson Foundation.

• You must be living in and have been living in Northamptonshire for at least the last 12 months or more
• Show a genuine enthusiasm for a worthwhile activity
• Show effort and determination to achieve your goal
• Have worked long and hard to achieve a worthwhile objective
• You must be under 21 years old and have the support of your parent or guardian if under the age of 18
• Have a reference from at least one responsible person who has known you for a reasonable period of time
• Please note we do not award grants towards university or college fees or living expenses
